America’s Autonomous Fascist Government Within a Government: The CIA

The United States Attorney Eric Holder has appointed a special prosecutor to look into crimes committed by the Central Intelligence Agency during the President George W. Bush Administrative term. The Republican Party, as to be expected, is lobbying hard to give the CIA a free ride regarding its repeated violations of federal, state, and international penal codes i.e. its commissions of multiple crimes outside the “rule of law”. The current head of the CIA, Leon Panetta, shamefully described the CIA’s high criminality as “an old story”, freely translated to be, the CIA should be given a pass for breaking many criminal laws of the United States and operating autonomously outside of the law, following a fascist format in a democracy, in its brutal tactics on 911 suspects only, wholesale violations of American citizens U. S. Constitutional Rights, its breaking of international law, and its outrageous human rights violations that have frightened and alarmed the International Community which, due to such CIA criminality, is starting to view the United States as the new “evil empire.”

The U. S. Attorney General and President Barak Obama not holding the Central Intelligence Agency accountable for the unlawful physical torture of suspects and prisoners, kidnapping, and the atrocities it has committed around the world, under the George W. Bush Presidential Administration, is tantamount to granting the CIA a blueprint and license for future such atrocities and high criminality. Either the “rule of law” prevails or barbarism prevails in the United States of America. The United States culture follows the “rule of law. , One cannot be a little pregnant. Either something is unlawful or it is not. If an act, governmental or not, is unlawful and a crime, such offender, governmental agent or private sector individual, such offender must be prosecuted under the United States and respective states criminal justice systems, or justice is a mockery and a myth and just for some preferred few. In others, justice would then become arbitrary i.e. no justice system at all. To allow some people to break the law and not others is not a justice system. If a governmental agency such as the CIA can whimsically break the law with impunity, the law that governs us all, that is fascism. Police state activity in an American democracy wherein “the rule of law”, and not the capricious acts of men and federal employees, govern the fate of the nation’s citizen

The Obama Administration and the United States Attorney General, Eric Holder, should proceed full throttle in prosecuting CIA criminals, especially the CIA operatives who kidnapped foreign nationals from their own soil, an act of war, and renditioned them i..e. transferred these foreign nationals to Syria for brutal torture, if the United States is to ever regain the credibility and respect of the rest of the International Community. Domestically, CIA criminals should be indicted for the kidnapping, secreting, and physical torturing of two United States citizens, Brooklyn born Jose Padilla and Yaser Hamdi, suspects only, and transferring them to Syria for brutal torture f or 11 months and then telling them to not return to their native United States or they and their families would be murdered.

This is not democracy or the “rule of law”.This is American fascism at its ugliest,

regardless of how much the compromising Republican Party, for the sake of political expediency regardless of ethics, lawfulness, and human rights, tries to candy coat it.

The Obama Administration and the U S. Attorney General should remain un-intimidated by the CIA and, for the sake of America and its “rule of law, proceed rampantly in chasing down these CIA criminals and murderers and bring them to justice. If such criminality goes unaccounted for, the sobering epiphany for most Americans is going to be “We are no longer a democracy, a lawful nation, or even America. ” Americans, regardless of expensive advertisements purchased by the Republican Party which are presently bombarding the nation, should rally behind President Barak Obama in purging America’s Department of Murder, the CIA, presently an autonomous government within a government. This, in a and frightening sense, is the same CIA that Watergate burglar, Howard Hunt, on his deathbed two summers ago, confessed invited him to a secret meeting to discuss the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

America should follow Russia’s lead, which country abolished its KGB, and abolish the CIA outright due to too much contamination and unbreakable mindsets and replace the CIA with another department, the DOI, Department of Information, a department fully committed to non-fascist American values and the “rule of law”. Yes, it is time for CIA accountability. In fact, such accountability is overdue. United States Attorney General Eric Holder should proceed to investigate CIA criminality, indict, and prosecute CIA criminals. If the CIA broke penal code after penal code, what else are they? They are criminals. What would any person be called who breaks the law? They fully knew what they were doing. Axiomatically, what person is above the law in a democracy which follows the “rule of law”? Fascist government officials are above the law. If CIA criminal operatives are allowed to go unaccountable and unpunished for crimes committed during the George W. Bush Presidential Administration, who else is or will be on the CIA neo-Nazi hit list? It will probably be President Barak Obama himself in the CIA’s attempts to escape criminal prosecution due to pressure currently being brought by the Obama Administration. Is murdering a sitting U. S. President beneath the CIA? Ask Howard Hunt. Our United States Congressional Representatives must no longer be cowed or intimidated by the CIA, America’s fascist government within a government, and must now stand courageously against this unlawful governmental department, for the future of American democracy and the American culture which is not fascist but follows the “rule of law.” As long as the CIA remains viable under their present police state format of operation, they will remain extremely dangerous to anyone who opposes them and a fundamental threat to American democracy. i.e. a fascist loose cannon disrupting domestic and international penal codes designed to perpetuate the “rule of law” and lawful relations among people and nations.

Let’s not wait for a CIA assassination of President Barak Obama by investigating CIA crimes with dispatch, and indicting and prosecuting CIA criminals while we still have a chance to do so, and before many of our Nation’s patriotic leaders courageously demanding CIA accountability and supporting the “rule of law”, such as U. S. Senator Patrick Leahy, are still alive. The first name on U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s list of people to present to a United States Grand Jury for possible indictment for CIA mischief should be that of former Vice President Dick Cheney, to be followed shortly thereafter by another name familiar to the American people. George W. Bush. [ Probably the greatest criminal to ever occupy the White House, regarding multiple violations of domestic and international law via the CIA, and considering his bold lies to the American public regarding his hoax war against Iraq which deception unnecessarily buried almost 5,000 patriotic and courageous but misled American soldiers and over one million innocent Iraqi citizens all now in graves, so that he, his family, and his sociopath political and corporate cronies could attain incredible wealth regarding their defense contractor and oil corporation stock via these genocidal atrocities. ]
